You can use the Linxy App to scan marks without an account. But to save favorites, connect with brands, and access LinxyPass, you'll need to create one.
Creating your account
On the home screen, tap "Sign Up" in the banner at the top.
Provide your email address, choose a username, and create a password. Your username is how brands and other users will see you.
Check your inbox for a verification link. Tap it to confirm your account.
Securing your account
After signing up, we recommend enabling biometric security. Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and toggle "Enable Biometric" under the Security section. This requires your fingerprint or face to open the app, protecting your account and connections if your phone is lost.
Customizing your home screen
Not every feature is relevant to every user. In Settings, scroll to the "Home Screen" section where you can show or hide individual tiles — LinxyPass, Connections, My Linxy, Replay, Marketplace, and More Tools. Hidden tiles are still accessible through search and navigation; they just won't appear on the home screen.
