A Linxy Mark is an invisible watermark embedded inside an image. When you point the Linxy App's camera at a marked image, the app decodes the watermark and instantly delivers the linked content — a video, a website, or anything else the creator attached.

How to scan

1
Open the Linxy App

The scanner opens automatically. If you're on the home screen, tap the red camera icon in the bottom bar.

2
Point your camera at the image

Hold your phone 6–12 inches from the marked image. Keep the image fully in frame and hold steady for a moment.

3
Content appears automatically

When the watermark is detected, the app vibrates and the content loads immediately. No need to tap anything.

Tip: Scanning works best with good lighting and a steady hand. If your first attempt doesn't work, try moving slightly closer or tilting the image to reduce glare.

What can I scan?

Linxy Marks can be embedded in printed photos, posters, packaging, business cards, labels, picture frames, and more. If a product says "Scan with Linxy" or displays the Linxy logo, it contains a scannable mark.

You can also scan Linxy IQ codes — these are QR codes generated through the Linxy platform that may contain an embedded watermark as well.
